After examining our AC condenser, he determined the airflow was being obstructed, and recommended we have an acid wash to clean the condenser coils. Which totally did the trick! The cool air returned! We’re happy we can keep our current unit running longer. Inevitably, when we need a new unit replacement in the future, we’ll definitely consider AC outfitters. He was very honest about how simple the issue was to resolve, he was very cordial and efficient.

Kim Butcher5 StarI was having problems with my handler system where water was leaking out all over my garage floor. I couldn't find the problem myself, so I called A/C Outfitters. They actually installed the system several years before I bought the home. Jennifer was delightful, personable, easy to talk to and showed concern for my problem. She booked an appointment for me the very next afternoon. Scott arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and worked hard to find the problem. He also explained how the unit works and answered all of my questions. Once Scott left, I called the office and signed up for their routine maintenance plan.
