Kyle assisted in choosing the right size unit for our home and made suggestions on where to put the new unit compared to where the old unit was installed. Work was clean and fast. Artem K1 StarCalled them on the number listed on website. They did not pick up 3 times, they guy picked up and dropped me off in 10 seconds, no voicemail is setup no way to leave a message. I drove to their office to address listed on their website - no such business there! There is a kitchen supply business. All doors were locked.
