Chris was here to do service contract maintenance. I am currently bedridden and disabled and he was very professional plus kind and considerate to my special needs. I was originally recommended to Accurate by All Service Plumbing and Electric. They installed my new air conditioner a year ago and I was also happy with their professionalism at that time, too. Accurate's office contact is a female named Amy, and she is an absolute gem....so friendly, capable and wonderful....a real keeper. I would highly recommend Accurate for your A/C needs.

They were on time and the guy was so nice. He didn't steal my money by telling me that something was wrong with my air conditioning. He told us the truth that there was nothing wrong and that it should work perfectly. Now that we got new windows and doors I would definitely go with them again. They are trustworthy.

Accurate heating and cooling arrived in less than an hour after calling them. Their technician Chris was very professional and carefully explained everything that needed taken care of. We were up and running in no time at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend accurate heating and cooling for your HVAC needs.

I reached out to Accurate because I found them to be a certified dealer of a system I was told I purchased, by another HVAC Contractor doing work on my home. The system installed had no branding on it so I was concerned I might be getting duped. Amy and a Tech took my call and walked me through what to look for to confirm it was the actual brand I was being told, was installed. Amy even shared her number so that I could send her pictures of the units to verify they should go together and that they are what I am being told I am purchasing. All of this time and effort to assist someone who wasn't even a customer, much less not even a potential customer as they don't service the area I live. That is what I call 5 STAR service. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for their professional insight, kindness, patience to help. We determined I am getting what I was told. Whew!!

My furnace/AC broke down on Friday night. I asked a neighbor for a reference today; I called them this morning and they had someone here by the afternoon. Nice guy, well presented and seemingly knowledgeable. But, when I turned on the AC/Heat system at the circuit breaker box, it worked perfectly and he didn't have to do a thing. He told me if the problem resurfaced (in a reasonable amount of time) he'd be back and would give me a break on the service fee. . The very next day, it broke down again. I called and they were right out later that day. This time they were able to see what went wrong and fixed it without charging me another penny. And it's still working fine! . This company does a lot of work in my little community, and I see why!
