Phil5 StarOur 3-year-old Lennox compressor was on its last legs. While the unit still "worked" it would not hold temp and never shut down.
Griffin came out and diagnosed the problem, the issue then became "we can't get the part".
Amber did a great job in researching this and we had a replacement within the day. Her working with Lennox made the difference.
Griffin came back and did a great job getting us up and cool.
We will continue to utilize them for ongoing maintenance.
I am certainly very unhappy with this Lennox product. I am happy with them working with Air America to get this issue resolved.Wednesday 20th September 2023
