Normally, I steer clear of writing reviews, but I've got to give a shoutout to Dylan and Cameron—these guys really deserve it. These professional brothers swung by my place over the weekend, no appointment needed, and tackled my A/C problem without any fuss. After getting some sky-high quotes from the big names out there, I was pleasantly surprised when they quoted me $4,000 less than Arctic Air and another major player in the Sarasota area. Seriously, give these guys a shot—you won’t regret it.

Dylan did an annual service and installed a thermostat that is programmable and can be regulated from our phones. He showed up promptly, was quiet, efficient, cleaned up after himself, very professional and polite. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure all was perfect prior to leaving. This is our second experience with him and he is the best we’ve had work on our AC EVER. Price was competitive and fair for his services. Thank you Airgenx!

The technician that came to my residence to assess the situation was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He answered all the questions I had and was really good about letting me know the procedures that were going to happen. The second time they came out to complete the project there were two technicians, and once again, they came and got their job done, let us know of any changes, etc. They really acted like gentlemen!

My A/C Circuit board went out, and after pricing multiple companies I found this one and so very glad I did. Dylan is honest and professional. He took his time (many hours) to make sure my A/C was working before leaving. The price was right, and below what I expected to pay. He was very professional and answered every question I asked without making me feel like I was bothering him. This company should definitely be on everyone's list of issues with your air-conditioning. They will definitely be on my go-to for any electrical, and HVAC. Cameron came by today and fixed my doorbell and reprogrammed my garage remotes and keypad. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him if you have electrical needs.
