Balint was awesome. He is efficient, effective, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything before starting and asked if I had any questions. He also offered other services like checking and flushing the hot water heater. When he was finished he again explained what he did and asked if I had any questions. Brad Lindberg5 StarAqua is the best in service. I had a minor problem that wasn’t an emergency, but needed attention. I called yesterday, they gave me a 1 1/2 hr window of time the next Day. The hour window was 4:00 to 5:30. At 3:00 I received a text introducing the technician and said he was on his way. He Arrived shortly thereafter just before the earliest expected time. The customer service support team are Technicians are top notch. Highly recommended!!Wednesday 10th July 2024
