Brian from Arctic Air reached out to us to discuss the issues we had with our recent experience in getting a repair done. Very pleasant to deal with and took the time to discuss everything. I was pleased to hear he was willing to remedy the situation and that is what he did.
This day and age, many companies just worry about the bottom line and customer service falls to the waist side. Customers are what make a company thrive. I have high regard for the ones who do to keep customer service top notch and will continue to recommend such companies.

Bob Bitner5 StarWe were very impressed with the salesperson Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was not high pressure towards us to obtain a sale. He even suggested that we obtain other estimates for the project. We obtained three other estimates, and we decided to go with Artic Air.
The two technicians arrived on-time, were VERY professional, courteous, and completed the job in an timely fashion.
We are currently very satisfied with the quality of the work. We are hoping that the Trane products hold up to our Florida hot humid weather.

He provided us with a lot of information and took care of us all within 2 hrs. I would highly recommend them as your a/c provider.

JOyce Lee5 StarWas very pleased with the job Jonathan did. He came on Monday to provide an estimate and then came back to do the work. He did a great job, work is neat and he was very nice to deal with. I would recommend him & the company for plumbing needs.
He relocated the shutoff valves for the washer. Builder installed the shutoffs behind the washer and they had small levers that you could barely move with your fingers. Now we have conveniently located shutoffs that are easy to use. Very happy with the results.Friday 1st March 2024
