Blue Bear was a Great choice for me. They are a professional local AC and Heating company. Being a senior citizen it's nice to deal with honest service techs that aren't trying to sell you parts and services you don't need!! Joshua Diamond is my technician, he's knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything he was doing. Fair pricing and even military discounts. If you're experiencing AC problems, especially seniors, this is definitely the company to call❄️

I called them for the first time on a Friday night 7:05 PM. They were on site at 9:10 PM . This is my personal home In Bradington, Florida it was 92° in my home The technician Alex Bercot Was the tech that showed up 100% Professional, clean, well mannered, and knew exactly what to do . Had my system up and running and my home cooled down in no time ! I purchased the annual contract at that point I knew that I had found something that has been lacking for years in the service industry . * Professional * Knowledgeable * Clean cut * Reasonably priced * On time as promised Those five items above is something that is very rare in today’s world ! 5 STARS to Blue Bear S. Blue Bear came to the rescue for me!! I had a service plan with another top AC company who came out and worked on my air handler, sold me and installed an “unnecessary” P-trap, and roughly an hour and a half later, everything backed up and leaked a ton of water into the air handler pan! My AC unit shut off and I could not get them to come back out and fix what they had done wrong. I then called several companies who advertised 24/7 hour service and the only one who actually tried to get a tech out to me at 11pm was Blue Bear! Sadly, their after hours crew was fully booked, but as promised they got a tech to my home at 8 AM the next morning. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He ended up removing the unnecessary P-trap (there was already a P-trap there!), and flushed the PVC which the previous tech had not done. I ended up buying an annual service plan from them, and they did not charge me anything additional for the visit! My air conditioning works beautifully now! This company has won my business for life, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work!!

Blue Bear had the best quote, great customer service and the quality of the a/c ducts replacement job was top notch. Mike was my initial contact person and Joshua handled everything from the duct design to helping with the installation. The employees that also helped were kind and courteous.

We annually have our AC cleaned and checked before the summer. Blue Bear tech Alex came out. Was on time, the communication from the time I scheduled to completion was over the top fantastic. Alex was professional, kind, good natured, and informative. He identified some areas of concern which I greatly appreciate. It probably saved some AC free days by getting the preventative maintenance needed. We've owned our home for 33 years by far the best service yet! I highly recommend!
