I highly recommend Cool Coast for all your heating and cooling needs! They are extremely responsive, reliable and professional. I called because my compressor unit failed and they sent a tech out the same day. When we determined it wasn’t worth putting more money into repairs on my 15 year old system. Bryan, the owner, personally came to my house and talked the details with me and gave me a couple different options on a new system. 2 days later the crew was here with my new system and got the installation completely quickly and professionally! They cleaned up after themselves and swept out my garage when they finished.

I would give Cool Coast 6 stars if I could. When my old AC unit just wasn't keeping up a friend told me to call Brian at Cool Coast. Brian fit me into the schedule the next day. He explained everything to me in detail as he inspected my old unit. He then gave me a detailed and extremely competitive price quote on a new unit. No hidden fees. When I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the new unit with Cool Coast, Brian again fit me in the next day. Rich and Travis came out to install my new unit. They were very knowledgeable, and friendly, and treated me like family. I haven't experienced such great customer service from a company in years! I am so glad I chose Cool Coast and would recommend them to everyone. They will be my AC company forever! Thank you, Brian, Rich, and Travis! You guys are the best!!!

I have used Cool Coast for multiple jobs now and can honestly say they are by far the most honest and trustworthy company around. They use the best material and have the best warranty anyone can offer. The jobs are always complete on or even before the deadline given. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and don’t try to sell you on anything other than what is needed. Highly recommend!!!

Installed whole house ÷ garage a/c units for me. All I can say is Wow! What a difference! These new York units are effective and efficient! Great team of installers and owners of this company. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this company. They charged my credit card without authorization refusing to refund until provide a different card with promise to hold the charge until the reparation was completed. They installed the parts needed according to their diagnostic asked me to wait 12 hours with the AC unit on, but they didn't wait the 12 hours they charged my credit card without authorization. They refused to complete the job, telling me that they will give a good offer for a new unit since I was already charged for 1.2K for nothing, but the offer for the new unit was higher that all the other companies. Veteran Air installed a new AC unit for much better price, that's a real company. Don't do business with AC Cool Coast they don't care about the customers, they refused to refund the money even when didn’t fix the Unit, they charged for the time they spend here installing the parts even when theydidn’t repair the unit, what a joke.
