A: We tailor our cleaning process to the situation in your home and the type of ductwork. We always use a duct vacuum to create negative pressure in your system, preventing the cleaning from spreading dust/debris into your home. Then we pair this with either a compressed air snake or a rotating brush to blast or brush your ducts clean. DNA duct cleaning did a great Job cleaning our ducts, vents, dryer vents and air handlers. Roy was here almost 5 hours and was extremely thorough. He showed us the before and after pictures. We had a recent bathroom renovation and that area vents and ducts were extremely dirty. Roy showed up within the appointment window and never stopped working until the job was done. We definitely notice the air quality difference. I would highly recommend DNA and Roy again.

Today I had the pleasure of having my home’s ductwork cleaned out. It started with a pleasant phone call scheduling a free evaluation and continued with me signing on the spot. It is nice to see such a professional person explain each and every process of cleaning ductwork out. Afterwards I signed the contract as I was impressed by how they clean and deodorize your ductwork. I had nine vents that definitely needed some cleaning since 1986. Eek. He shows pictures of your ductwork, before and after, what a difference in just the smell of your house. Stale odor gone. And their prices are comparable as other companies. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and a good job much needed. I signed up for them to come back as I feel this will definitely keep dust down to a minimum and healthier breathing with allergies. Recommend just a great company with people who know how to do a job.

I originally wanted requested duct cleaning as I have done other homes in the past. Roy was the service tech and explained in detail the services available. He then showed me all the photos of my unit and I could see I needed much more work cleaning than I realized. Roy was very polite and professional. He worked quickly to clean/disinfect my fan, coil, and ducts. I have also had UV light systems in my home in the past and Roy was able to install a new one for this same visit. Thanks Roy, hope to have you out again in a year.

I pulled an old washer and dryer unit from my house and before I installed the new one I wanted to make sure the dryer vent duct work was clean and clear of any lent or other possible obstruction. Ben came out and took care of everything. He was very professional and efficient and did a great job. After everything was done I got everything put back together and ran the new units the first time very satisfied , definitely allowed much better air flow for the dryer, could definitely tell a big difference in the amount of air coming out of the vent on the outside of the house as compared to before the clean out.

What a great experience!! I needed my dryer vent cleaned ASAP as my dryer was no longer working because of it. They sent David out within a few hours. David was awesome!! He was professional, cleaned up after the job, and was kind and genuine which is hard to find around here. I truly felt like I was in the best hands and it was proved when everything was cleaned out and dryer started working again! Thank you so much DNA Air duct Cleaning and David!! I will tell others!!
