Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! We recently had Kelly come out from Fonz Heating and Air for a much-needed AC repair, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Second experience with this company and yet still amazed at the integrity and the honesty of this company. I called on a weekend and the tech was able to help us troubleshoot the issue over the phone (which is rare so we appreciate that). This just goes to show how knowledge and experience translates to a great customer experience. We are going to schedule a twice year maintenance with this company come first thing in the morning on Monday. I will always stand behind giving my business to an honest company with knowledgable techs.

Super quick and honest repair. They had my unit diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours of my initial call. They were honest about what wad needed to be fixed and gave recommendations for other things but we're not pushy at all. My system is 20 years old and I thought they would push for a full replacement, but they did not even mention it until I asked for a quote. Definitely my new go to for anything A/C related.

There is a reason Fonz has so many 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook. I called them at 830 am and they had a technician at my house within the hour. Once John arrived, it did not take long to understand why they are such highly recommended. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and he promptly fixed the issue without trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
