I have my AC system on auto service with another company. After 10 days I finally received the service report which said the condensor capacitor needed replace which my wife declined as I was not home. I made a google inquiry and Mr. Sam Goodwin immediately responded. Sam was at my door in 20 minutes of the phone call. Sam was upfront with the details and recommendations to come out and review our 3 year old unit. The capacitor checked out within limits so I followed sames advice to put a surge protector in to maximize the life of our unit. I am very pleased with his clear communication and his business conduct. I definitely will be calling him back when needed and recommend anyone in need to give Good Karma Air a call.
