Very pleased with the service. They come when they say they are and also send a reminder. The technician we had Doug Payne was very informative and did the required maintenance efficiently. We bought the Lennox Air Conditioner from Green Cooling a few years ago and have been very pleased and would recommend Green Cooling for their service.

Doug Payne came to our townhome on Friday, 5/3, for a routine inspection. Our A/C unit had not been checked since we moved in 2 years ago. Green Cooling Solutions is the company that installed it so we decided to stay with them. We are glad we did. Doug couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He was polite, he explained everything he was doing and why, and was very thorough. He even vacuumed out our condensation drainage twice because it was pretty gunked up. We signed up for the twice per year inspection service and I’m confident Doug and Green Cooling Solutions will take care of us.

I’m a new customer who recently used Green Cooling Solutions to do a routine, maintenance and minor repair on my residential HVAC units. The company was helpful from the outset with an efficient and charming phone appointment handled by Lita for scheduling. On the day of service, the technician arrived promptly and spent several hours thoroughly checking out the two units, and ensuring that they are running in peak order and efficiency. Going forward I signed up for one of the biannual maintenance plans. I’ve used a number of other local companies throughout the years, and there is simply no comparison in my overall experience thus far. I can confidently recommend them.

Extremely professional, courteous and on time. I was informed about the technicians arrival ahead of time. When technicians arrived they were knowledgable and able to fix my AC quickly. Sijil and Danny kept me informed every step of the way. The explained in detail everything that was being done to my AC, I appreciated that a lot, they also wore shoe covers inside the house which was a very nice touch. Choose Green Cooling Solutions and you will not be disappointed. I wish more businesses around here operated in this manner. I am a happy customer.

I was in need of a new A/C System. Doug a Green Cooling Solutions Technician evaluated our old system and reccommended the components needed for a new system and a date was set for the new install just a week and a half later. William and Julian installed the system in a day. They were both very professional, and friendly. They answered any questions I had along the way with knowledge and courtesy. When the Job was completed the area where they worked was cleaned up as if they were never there. The follow up from the office was exceptional, handling the warranty and scheduling the inspection from the county. I would recommend GCS to anyone looking for a honest and reliable HVAC company.
