I would like to commend Manatee Air for for hiring such an outstanding employee. Brandon came to our home right on time after having called to let us know he was on his way. We answered the door and he extended his hand and introduced himself. He was very diligent and professional in the process of doing a check-up on our air. He explained things in detail and helped us understand how important it is to have a clean air handler, so we purchased what we now feel is a vital ultra violet light to help keep our health and our children’s health. He also took the time to converse with us and talked about what an exemplary company Manatee is and the people who make it the very best of what serving your community is all about. Manatee Air is fantastic! I have a service contract with them and never tried to oversell me on replacing an older system for 3 years and finally, when I needed to replace it entirely, they provided the most competitive pricing and made sure that I was happy with how it was working. Ephron is a service technician with them that went above and beyond to help with a thermostat ( and not an HVAC) issue. Highly recommend this company for not only installation but their service contracts as well!

Scheduled an appointment for 9 AM. When no one showed up, called to ask what happened. Told that I was just on a list and tech would get here when he could. We have been customers with this company for over 20 years. Not only did they not know what unit or air filter, they changed the quote from $69 to $119 because we were not under contract. With the attitude displayed, we will be finding another company.
