We recently had to replace our upstairs and downstairs A/C units and air handlers. Marvel Air Solutions were very competitively priced against their competitors. George and his team (Ken & Jacob) were extremely professional and efficient. Communication was second to none. I would definitely use this company in the future for any HVAC needs that might come up.

May 2024: Oops, Our new (2 year old) A/C stopped working. The fan control module failed and would not blow cold air into the house. I called Jeff at Marvel Air Solutions, and he said that those modules just don't fail that quickly. He sent Ken out the next morning (Ken is a great worker!!), and he fixed the problem and got our A/C running. After the work was done, Jeff called and apologized for the unit failing so soon, and then he wrote off the entire service call. What integrity! Boy, I sure wish other businesses were as honest and caring as Marvel Air Solutions. Thank you Jeff, and thank you Ken. Original Review From May 2022: We had just moved up from down south, and we didn’t have any experience with service people in the area. So with much trepidation, we started to ask neighbors who to trust to fix our A/C that just stopped working at our house. Marvel Air Solutions was recommended by two of our neighbors. We googled them, and they had a very good rating, so we had them come out to do the work. The recommendations we received were spot on. Marvel Air responded in 45 minutes. George (the technician that came out) was quick, thorough, knew what he was doing, and was very respectful and honest. Because of the blockage in my old unit, we had Marvel Air install a new unit for us. It was installed and working by 4:00 the next day. Also, the final bill when the work was completed matched what George suggested it would cost to do the work (It cost less than our last A/C replacement at our old house that we did eight years ago, plus we put in a higher quality unit.). No surprises. We definitely would recommend Marvel Air Solutions for A/C work.

Jeff Marvel and his team exemplify excellence and integrity, and he honors his word! These qualities are unfortunately rare, and extra refreshing to experience. It was a pleasure to meet Jeff and I feel at ease having Marvel Air Solutions in charge of our AC installation and subsequent maintenance. While others are unashamedly lying to and taking advantage of seniors and anyone who lacks deep understanding of AC systems (this is rampant in the year-round AC state of Florida), Jeff and his team are out here operating in honesty and implementing reasonable solutions! They care about the customer and they do great work. Stop doing business with liars and cheaters, go with Marvel Air Solutions!
