I hired modern air to install a new AC system in my home. They showed up on time and worked very hard to get the job finished. When a couple of smaller issues arise, technicians Colin and Craig went way over and above and out of their way to resolve them. I definitely recommend this company! I have worked with Modern Air for years and they have replaced and serviced my home and office AC systems. They are honest and try their best to put the customer first. Just had a quarterly system check done on my home system and it was a piece of cake. The technician Ken was professional and on time. He called ahead to let me know when to be there (which was helpful since I had to run home from work) and he finished quickly. I recommend this company for AC systems in Sarasota.
