David was so thorough. He checked EVERYTHING!. His demeanor is not only KIND but there is an inner intelligence that is executed with such precision & calmness. Truly God sent! His amazing wife stood by me the entire time letting me know everything he was doing. There was an ease & comfort during the entire process. They found the Freon leak that NO ONE could find. All past technicians said they knew about split units but they didn't. I had to pay for Freon three times per year. David has already started looking for the best replacement that I could afford. WOW! He did not leave me on my own on this one! The sweetest touch was when I saw him gently washing my outside unit. That blowing fan was filthy. WHO DOES THAT? No one cared before! From now on NO ONE TOUCHES MY AC but David! I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! 💝 Thank you Jesus - for answered prayer!

Dave saved the day! He knows the MRCOOL product and has the resources to solve the most complex problem. My new two ton Hyperheat had a very odd problem that others had not been able to resolve. It took extra time but Dave stayed with it until It was running. I would highly recommend Skyway
